Proposed Special Brooklyn Queens Expressway District   Sub-district 3 (SBQEDz3) (Saul, Jerry, Kevin, Ousmane, Khadijah) GENERAL PURPOSE The "Special Brooklyn Queens Expressway District" established in this Resolution, is designed to promote and protect public health, safety, general welfare, and amenity.
